This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Patches: Grid Puzzle (the “Game”) handles information. The Game is a single-player offline logic puzzle. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask you for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal contact information.

Information collected automatically

The Game itself does not collect personal data. However, it uses third-party services that may collect limited information to provide ads, understand app/game usage, and diagnose crashes:

Google AdMob (advertising) — may collect your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, and general device information to serve and measure ads. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region and consent.
Google Firebase Analytics — collects anonymous, aggregated usage data such as which screens are viewed and which levels are played, along with basic device and app/game information, to help us improve the game.
Google Firebase Crashlytics — collects crash reports and related device state (e.g. device model, OS version) when the App/Game crashes, so we can fix problems.

Data stored on your device

Your game progress, statistics, and settings are stored locally on your device only. This data is not transmitted to us and is removed if you uninstall the App/Game.

To display advertising, which supports the free App/Game.
To understand how the game is used so we can improve it.
To detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and technical issues.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads on Android).
Where required by law (e.g. the EU/UK under GDPR), the App/Game requests your consent for personalized ads before showing them.
Uninstalling the App/Game removes all locally stored data.

Children

The App/Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us and we will address it.

Data retention

Locally stored game data remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the App/Game. Data processed by the third-party services above is retained according to their respective policies.
